Trevor, now the Tech Leader in Acting Owner Kristyn’s administration, saves Saker from the Dream Realm with his “Lost Soul Harvester” device. Saker sits on a lot of important information that compels Kristyn to hire her as part of her inner core. Trevor also needs to find a way to extract a very important source of energy from the realm bubble that confines it. In a morning meeting, Kristyn introduces Stage One of the ambitious Populate the Archipelago Project: a new city with room for 850 million inhabitants – a mere drop in the ocean for a megalopolis that houses 85 billion people! Can this project be carried out, or is Kristyn in over her head? Meanwhile, Trudy has started a sexual relationship with Hopper, to the dismay of his subordinates, and to the ire of her superiors in the ODA. A conspiracy in Hopper’s personnel group has started brewing, and it is up to him to solve it.
