The former Propaganda Minister Kristyn has assumed control over Reality through a de facto coup d’etat and is now the “Acting Owner”. Her Energy Monitoring Consultant Trevor informs her that the ODA Realm needs new sources of energy in order to expand the horribly overpopulated Archipelago megalopolis beyond its current borders. Trevor promises to create a device that will find internally created exports that through uncountable eons have evolved into these sources of energy. The disgraced Owner Josefine is adjusting to her new life as a paralyzed prisoner in her own apartment, with only her faithful nurse Alice to help her. They follow the events of the Archipelago Mall through news segments (which to Josefine are obvious propaganda pieces). Kristyn tries to ride Josefine’s personal aircraft (called “Jo-FO”), but after an accident with this quirky, cumbersome vehicle, she creates a false narrative to save face. Does the Acting Owner risk being caught in her own web of increasingly complex lies, or can her sharp tongue and dramaturgy save her? Meanwhile, Tina plans the upcoming wedding with the spellbound Hopper, as well as the merger of their respective realms – but Trudy insinuates that they might have to rush things.
